The mail goals of the OUTSIDE project are to empower both students and teachers as change agents in their local communities. The competencies that today’s students need to succeed in their careers are often challenging to develop within traditional curricula.
The project has resulted in the OUTSIDE Toolkit for teachers: environmental education through Open Schooling, and the OER platform with Modules for education of the teachers available on English, Lithuanian, Italian, Croatian and French. The OUTSIDE Frameword and Guidelines can be accessed here.
The project was presented online at the annual conference IASL 2021 and physicaly through a poster at the annual conference IFLA WLIC 2022 in Dublin.
