Who we are?

InveSTEAM is a Croatia-based educational organisation specialising in international cooperation, professional development and digital innovation in education. Established in 2021, the organisation builds on more than a decade of experience of its founder and core staff in Erasmus+ and other European programmes.

Our mission is to strengthen the capacity of educators, school leaders and educational institutions to respond to contemporary challenges through inclusive, evidence-based and collaborative learning approaches. We design and deliver high-quality training programmes, digital learning resources and cooperation projects that support information literacy, digital competence, inquiry-based learning and whole-school development.

InveSTEAM operates as a mission-driven organisation, reinvesting its expertise and resources into open educational resources, capacity building and sustainable professional networks. All our major project outputs are developed as open-access materials to maximise public benefit and long-term impact. Our team has extensive experience in European and international cooperation projects in the fields of school education, adult education, youth work and digital innovation.

Through close cooperation with schools, universities and international professional organisations, we contribute to the development of resilient, innovative and learner-centred education systems across Europe.

InveSTEAM maintains a dedicated multimedia channel documenting the implementation and results of its European and international projects. Through professionally produced videos, recorded training sessions, interviews and case studies, the organisation ensures transparency, visibility and open access to project outcomes.

Our YouTube Project Channel serves as a living portfolio of our work, demonstrating real-life project implementation, international cooperation and professional development activities across multiple countries.
